The U.S. Department of Energy has published the full report of the HEPAP's Drell
Subpanel on vision for the Future of High Energy Physics. Dr.Sidney Drell, chairman, reported the subpanel's
findings to the Science Subcommittee of the House Science and Technology
Committee on May 26, 1994.
